Online Annoyances
President Bush has signed a law that prohibits posting Internet messages or sending annoying e-mails without giving your identity. The word annoy may cause a problem since some things that annoy one person may not be annoying to the next. They aren't sure who will decide what's annoying. I'm sure more will come to this story as they come up with ideas on how to combat this situation. I wonder if this includes chatrooms.
